Job Title: Design Engineer [Job Code: 210973]

Job Description:

    Part modelling, drawing creation with GD&T and assembly using CATIA V5. Ability to understand Engineering direction and provide design concepts accordingly. Collaborate with larger teams of peer designers, engineers, manufacturing Support Design releases, Follow general work flow for production parts release.

Requirements:

    Must have 1-3 years of experience in CATIA V5. Only candidates with experience in relevant software will be considered. Candidates should have experience in part design, drawing and assembly creation. Experience in seating system stamping components will be preferred.

Job Title: Mechanical Product Engineer [Job Code: 211101]

Job Description:

    Identify warranty issues and engage supplier to root cause. Derive supplier responsibility percentage and engage purchasing to recover costs. Drive supplier quality metrics in terms of warranty. Cover all interiors including seat restraints, trim, covers, headliner, steering, floor panel, interior harness, console and blowers. Provide data entry and tracking services for specific suppliers in support of document preparation. Responsible for the following deliverables: Enter Data into the GWC SharePoint Tracking, run AWS reports, investigate and problem solves issues with part #s, part requests and tracking. Develop documents (Variables, Acceptance Factor Worksheet, and Debits) for to Kick Off/Debit new suppliers. Run weekly SharePoint reports for meetings. Obtain supplier signatures and answer supplier disputes for carry over debits. Identify new opportunities; verification of monthly supplier recoveries; escalation and resolution of issues; identification and driving resolution of systemic issues to improve the process. Use Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), Value Added Value Engineering (VA/VE), Design for Manufacturing (DFM)/ Design for Assembly (DFA), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance), Tolerance stack and TFA work sheets. Engineer calculations and statistical analysis for design selection. Mold analysis tools for manufacturing feasibility check. Use Teamcenter and Agile PLM (data management tools), Catia VS, Moldflow, DFMEA Pro.

Minimum Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor – Mechanical Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent) Experience: Five (5) years
